The sponge I am using is the sponge that I was sucking from soon after the surgery. I was very thirsty but not allowed to drink (besides sucking the sponge) & I was told I have to pee. / It looks like this. / Life size. / Life size? I don't know which word would be right now. Size of drawing equals size of sponge. And real size reads almost like realize.
